Self-improvement – the bedrock on which to build your dreams.
October 29th, 2008 by Dr. T. Johnson

Desire is the foreplay to the fulfillment of those dreams. If you can think it, you can have it! What do you want?

Dream.

What could you accomplish if you were free of fear?

You had no choice. Self-improvement is for monks and saints, right? The whole system is against you, so relax. Everything around us is keyed to keeping us as part of the herd.

I've had that knife of failure in my gut too.

Failure fuels stress. It harms you in every way possible. Something else to consider.

As the years roll by, you've been asking yourself why you haven't progressed either in your finances or in how you feel about everything. You're not alone.

Something inside of you is screaming to find the answer. Why have things turned out as poorly as they have?

Nobody has told you. Somewhere inside of you, the seed has germinated and grown. Greatness is your birthright.

The feeling of self-disgust dogged me for years. Brief moments of elation quickly fizzled into new feelings of total despair.

Take heart. The answer is right in front of you. Never before in the history of man has the possibility of wealth and happiness been within the easy grasp of so many.

Relax, take a deep breath.

We're about to take aim at this confusion, blow away the smoke, smash the mirrors of deception and make things as simple and easy as possible for you. In fact, we'll nail it down to three simple words: Basic Self Improvement

Magic is in the air when you can finally see through all the garbage you've been fed over the years. Improve what you already have and the world is yours.

All the info you need is all around you. There is too much in fact so you want to increase how fast you can read as much as possible.

Wouldn't it be a shame to have this great intellect developed and then be stuck in a creaky, miserable body? Developing radiant health will be your next goal.

You will also want to compliment your keen mind by turning it into a "sticky tape" for data. There are many easy and fun ways to learn to turn your magnificent brain into a massive and orderly data bank.

"All the good ideas have been taken," you say.

The other day, I went into the pantry to find a fly swatter. Couldn't find it. Finally, my wife had to come and get it. I had been looking right at it and had not seen it. Sound familiar?

If my consciousness can filter out cars, what could it be missing at this moment? What new avenues to explore, what opportunities and what great relationships?

Tons of things.

If you decide to improve your mind and to increase the amount of information you feed it, who knows what you will find. Let your dreams fly and soar. See where they take you.

Ever gone to work with a cold? Of course you have. Feels awful yet you went. What a waste it would be to build this massive army of mind and imagination but have it housed in a sick, exhausted body. That's another goal for you. Rich, rosy-cheeked health. Let it be a part of your self-improvement package.

As your mind develops, it will want to organize the time in your day. Give it what it wants. Being rich in all things except time is worse than what you have now. Plan on learning time management. It's amazing how much of your time it will free up!

Self-improvement never ends. Learning time management will not only propel you on rockets of efficiency, but it will lay the groundwork for you to build a balanced life full of pleasure, abundance and happiness.

Let your mind soar.

All of our brains are capable of creating incredible things. Let your ideas come from a memory that is like a steel trap that is fed from a mind that reads with lightning speed.

Let yourself decide the level of fitness you want to enjoy, not Madison Avenue. You decide how stress affect your overall health. Learn to schedule your life so that fun is the number one priority.

Life full of abundance and health is so much more enjoyable when there are more hours of the day than things to do. Learn to be stingy with work and generous with your time. Let self-improvement be a life long joy for you. Letting yourself decline is how stress affect your overall health.

Erase the term "good enough" from your vocabulary. Raise the bar as high and as often as you want.

You decide. How much can you dream?
