My favorite thoughts on spiritual Meditation continue to bring to mind the question: How my life is dependent and correlated with the utmost subtle world. My spiritual Self ponders where the world came from, why I'm here again, or what happens when I die. My thoughts during spiritual meditation bring me to values such as patience, contentment, humility, beauty, love, or creativity that feels beyond our visible world.
Spiritual meditation on the self reminds me to live simply and to question why I am attached to so many things in the world, knowing that it is illusory and temporary... I see my selfishness as impulsive waves, making me want to relax away from my selfishness.
During spiritual meditation I want to pour into my individual life the eternal awareness or pure consciousness to give me inner peace and serenity.
While meditating I experience the beauty of being alone... Here, I do not depend on others and I have no others depend on me. Here I make a relationship with the serenity and inner unity of God. Here I can accept the misery and suffering of life without the pain. I feel my experience as an observer of myself.
Sitting in silence I listen and understand my own selfishness. My worries and pains become healed, when I listen to my consciousness as the spiritual meditation helps me concentrate on my conscience and know what it is.
This is part of the path to a life of serenity. The spiritual meditation relaxes the body and the mind. It is the gateway through which I myself can reach a world of freedom...
When you have a problem, meditate on it with a faith. The answer will come during meditation or later and, it will be the right answer that is right for you and all around you. Make meditation a daily practice of the spiritual, and it will soon become a pleasant habit. Whatever meditation technique and faith you follow, do it well, and with a sharp mind, with devotion and love, and you will reach self-realization of oneself.

By daily dwelling upon pure thoughts, the man of meditation forms the habit of pure and enlightened thinking which leads to pure and enlightened actions and well-performed duties. By the ceaseless repetition of pure thoughts, he at last becomes one with those thoughts, and is a purified being, manifesting his attainment in pure actions, in a serene and wise life.
In the domain of the spirit, each generation is given a new spiritual law to suit the energy that generation creates. Spiritual laws are different from Universal Laws. You cannot lie to or fool God. With this in mind, God constantly updates the law so that each generation will have a guide appropriate for the times and level of spiritual evolvement. It is for this reason that there are so many differences in the law over the Earth years. Occasionally, there will be more than one change in a century because humanity changes so much.
But keep in mind, effective positive meditative thinking that brings results is much more than just repeating a few positive words, or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. It has to be your predominant mental attitude. It is not enough to think positively for a few moments, and then letting fears and lack of belief enter your mind.
The laws of this time are different to other laws because the Divine Being, God, can see that until humanity can understand ones higher self, one can never be at peace. It is the time for humanity to take responsibility for their own lives and leave others to live theirs. The spiritual laws I bring from this beautiful energy are not connected to 'thou shalt not'. That was the teaching of the past, or the interpretation of that teaching. It restricted humanity, and stopped its growth. The new law or teaching is designed to speak to each man's soul.
When a person's body and mind have been purified and strengthened, then he/she will be ready to handle the increased amounts of life force that will wipe clean the irrational associations formulated in the brain and provide spiritual guidance. Do not put your faith in man, he is only mortal. Trust the infinite power of the timeless creator to set your thinking straight
