Who, What and Where we Really Are, According to Archangel Metatron:- The Supreme Angel of Death

I am fortunate to be partnered with a wife, Jill, who is an Avatara:- a person chosen by the Godhead, to deliver messages for the benefit of mankind. The way this is done for most 'true' psychic mediums, is by telepathy, however, an Avatar, or Avatara (female), has the ability to allow spirit to take over their body and speak through them, with their own personality, not that of the medium.

On this occasion, Archangel Metatron was channelling through Jill, with a very important message for us.

He started by saying, "Perhaps we should begin with teaching others the basics of who, what and where you really are."

In the beginning, the one conscious energy, as in the Bible, created light. Those light shards are what is termed the 'soul'. So in reality, you are light. Your thoughts, feelings and experiences collectively help to create the atmosphere and world you live in today. Which is why, to your every action, there is a reaction, but not just in a singular way. For your actions also have an impact on the collective dimension, therefore this will affect people and the environment you believe to be thousands of miles away from you.

He went on to say that, to understand this, we must look at what you term as time. Time is not linear. It cannot be truly measured from one point to another horizontally. Time to us, is non-existent. All things are relative, if instead of time, you consider dimensions. A table may appear solid, but it's energy. It's light. It vibrates at a certain speed. In another dimension, this could appear as a liquid mass floating in a particular area of space.

If you could create a hologram of yourself, we could look at time in a different view. You'd be able to see below your feet was the past, whilst still remaining in the present; and also by altering your view and looking upward, you'd be able to look at what yet has to come, if you continue with your current actions. This is why, as light-bearers of the one conscious thought, we can appear to many people simultaneously.

By looking at life, or time: which ever you prefer, you would also see that your actions would very much still affect the past and the future, for they are one and the same. Your past, you must remember, is like the table; it isn't solid. It only 'appears' to be gone. This will be a hard concept to learn for many, but we hope that with more time, the reality of what we say will become A New Belief for all to learn from and understand.

You will see that it is the conscious thought that changes and impacts your environment. Try to think of yourself as light. If you use logic to analyse what is given here, you will not learn, so use your creative energy, your God-energy to try to understand.

You may feel it is impossible to change the past, but you can bring back the past, or repeat the past in order to change the direction of your life and that of others, through your actions and deeds now. This is why you have memories, to help you descend back into time and relive those moments, to change your present and future.

It was at this point that Jill started a two-way conversation with Metatron.

Jill: So without time, we have no past or future?

Metatron: That is correct to some extent. You are light, so look at how much light you can spread now. Your whole essence of how brightly you shine is down to how you feel. Your feelings or thoughts, if you wish, will draw to you what you believe to be true.

To understand dimensions better; if thought becomes reality, then there are no laws or limitations on what can be achieved. It is only the belief that imprisons one's ability. Let us say that in the first dimension you were a flower, and in the second dimension you were a caterpillar, and in the third dimension a human being. If you had to return back to the first dimension, you would only have the thought or idea of what it was like to be human. You would have no point of reference on which to share with other plants what you actually experienced.

You can never destroy a thought, once it has been thought. It is there, no matter what.

Metatron went on to explain that humans refuse to believe that they have the ability to visit other dimensions. You only see yourself as the physical body. If you take away your laws and limitations, you can go anywhere, be anything and do anything. You don't need a space machine to do this.

The One Conscious Mind; Energy; God; is an intelligent energy that is able to absorb feelings, and create from those feelings. The one true source of this energy is love. The feeling of love creates light.

Once you understand these spiritual foundations of who you really are, it will help you to see that your reality holds no bounds except those you place on yourself.

There are many people who will refuse to acknowledge that what Metatron says here, is the one truth, but hopefully you will see the resemblance to what is given, and to those whose life is placed and lived through the words of the Bible... "Let there be light. And there was light."

When Metatron left us this day, he left us with this expression, "Blessings of love and light are placed upon you. May you continue to shine your light as a beacon for those who are lost to negativity, to enable them to find you and us."

For simple purposes, attaining spiritual enlightenment has stages. The spiritual masters develop from the first one to the 3rd levels.

The first is the animality levels to which many people usually tend to degrade themselves. In this level, you experience and live the reality just like any individuals would. You might constantly participate in ordinary pursuits like speaking, gossiping, planning the near future, examining everything about all of us, and so on and so forth. You're the normal, ordinary person jogging around exactly like everybody else.

You're experiencing just as everybody else is actually experiencing, although in this specific stage, you're already taking sign to uplift the enlightenment of your soul towards a far more special life. When spiritual enlightenment is considered, you are at a stage when you are getting just everything as offered but you are also undergoing an attempt to remove worldly things out of your living.

In the 2nd stages, you climb into humanity, to which now comprises the very character of the human individuals. In this stage, the individual encounters a connection to every individual around them as well as to every object around them. The experience makes them feel like getting rid of their very own personality; nevertheless, the culmination is already having its mark signaling that a union is actually taking place between their own with the Supreme soul.

As you feel you aren't the person that you are and rather one with everything surrounding your environment, you are shutting in with the Supreme Soul as all the things comes from Him. This can be a great experience that anybody can undergo because enlightening of the spirit is beginning to dawn with increased guarantees to be a lot better afterwards with the succeeding phase.

In the third levels is the divinity, to which currently spiritual masters convene back and unite with the very source in which human beings came from. In this stage, you do not feel linked with almost everything surrounding you any longer. And this isn't a sense of disconnection, instead you are already realizing that you're that everything. This means the spiritual enlightenment is taking its course up to give you the experience where oneness with God is already concluding.

Therefore after experiencing the humanity, the divinity makes you feel you are everything. Meaning, you are no longer your own body, mind, feelings, and your mind faculty. And in this stage, you're directly commencing the divine encounter, the achievement of God, which is the greatest level that religious experts undergo. And also, this quiet moment with God can be attained by doing the yoga exercise.

When an individual goes through spiritual enlightenment, all good luck is within them for it is that fruit that sets them free from the material wants, wishes, and desires. It doesn't simply cause you to feel the complete happiness of being totally free but gives you the experience that seldom is being carried out by everybody else.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

Are you a Christian who experiences panic attacks or obsessive compulsive behaviors or long term general anxiety? Have you experienced a trauma that changed your life emotionally, or has a series of stresses contributed to your feeling on edge? A lot? Are you avoiding certain places or people or events that make you feel anxious? Are you afraid of going out in public?

Life may be generally disagreeable and difficult. But as a Christian, you know the final hope because Jesus rose from the dead, and meanwhile that God will be with you to keep you faithful and growing.

We cannot go into all that Jesus and the gospel means to healing and living well. And nothing in all of that necessarily implies you should avoid practical steps to reduce and overcome anxiety. For example, perhaps you should change your job or type of work. Perhaps you should get counseling, pray more fervently and faithfully, and find out what works for you depending on your biology, personality, and circumstances.

Consider for example the verse of Scripture cited at the top of this article. The author Paul wrote it to a financially poor church suffering repression from outside and divisive argument from within. Of course your stresses may be greater or lesser. That does not matter to the principles Philippians 4:6-7 has for you.

Also note that the verse suggests you will need to remind yourself of it and follow it again and again. Life on earth may not be easy or peaceful. Even the author admitted he wrestled with worry not many paragraphs previously. Paul worried about the spiritual well-being of the church.

And you are also going to win at this game. If God thought you were hopeless, why would He have put the exhortation there at all? Why would He have promised the peace which passes understanding? Didn't God mean for you to be encouraged by the promise that your heart and mind would be guarded "in Christ Jesus" if only you follow the directions?

And what does the verse tell us to do? Well, first, calm down. Do not worry. We may not be able at any given time to avoid panic, but we do bear some responsibility to exercise our minds not to fear.

And there is more. Briefly put, ask God for help and thank Him for blessings.

But someone may object. For example, Christians suffering from anxiety disorders may doubt God is good or that He is good "to me" or that He even can work in everything. To one degree or another, probably most of us deal with such doubts, and perhaps more so for those suffering anxiety disorders.

Or do we fear that we are not good enough for God to be good to us? Our doubt strikes at the heart of the gospel and who God is. And with slight exception, here is not the place to go into that. I recommend reading Paul's letter to the church in Rome and John's first epistle. Also note that Philippians 4:6-7 assumes God is good to the Christian and that overcoming anxiety is possible for the Christian by God's help.

God's help may include concrete, personal, and practical means. This, after all, is God's world. God may answer prayers in providing a a calming tea, an empathetic human counselor, a method for controlling breathing, a Scripture text, and so on.

Being anxious is a spiritual problem, but it can also be a physical or practical or biological problem. Those with panic attacks and anxiety disorders have been greatly helped by recognizing and solving the physical or biological side. Start by finding something to thank God for and ask Him for specific help with your kind of anxiety disorder.

Record Your Experiences

All too often we are presented with very real and very valuable clues with regards to past lives, only to brush it aside, believing the experience to be of little significance. It's for this exact reason why it's of such importance to keep a record of events by writing them down. Furthermore, it's of particular importance that you record the emotional effect any given experience may have had on you as our emotions are more often than not, our strongest and most accurate indicators.

Your present daily life is more often than not, full of clues if only you're willing to look for them. Keeping a list of the things you like and dislike such as various foods, cultures, religions, and even architecture, can also shed some light on certain mysteries. In addition to this, one should keep a similar record with regards to one's personal traits such as personality, temperament, talents, and even any particular phobias you may have. Even things which may appear to be of little importance, such as a birthmark or your favorite type of animal, can all serve to provide additional clues to a past life.

Just as one should keep lists of all the things already mentioned, so too should you record all the details of the dreams you have. The reason for this is because past life experiences can often manifest themselves in a dream, thus providing you with even more clues. Remember, dreams can represent the present life as well as a past life. It's been established that one's mind is is highly receptive to suggestion, so for many it may prove to be beneficial to suggest to yourself, before going to sleep, that you wish to recall past life memories via your dreams. Because of this, it is absolutely fundamental that one follows one's instincts and that you place your trust in your own feelings.

It is quite normal to feel as though you are daydreaming whilst meditating and images are likely to be flowing in and out of your mind as valuable information comes through too. As before, write everything down and take time to look it over later. Your mind is very suggestible, and will pick up what you tell it to, just as you will not get anything if you start off with a negative approach.

For some people, absolute silence serves them best when meditating while others may prefer some visual stimulation of one form or another, such as staring into the flames of a fire or staring at the flickering flame of a candle. Others on the other hand may prefer soft music or listening to sounds such as the sound of the sea or even a flowing river.

Stirring up quite a bit of excitement in this field, is the recent discovery of the benefits of using binaural beats. This is still a relatively new technology which involves sound waves of different frequencies being played in each ear. Results so far suggest that the subject feels instant relaxation at a level much the same as that experienced by Zen monks during meditation.

Of paramount importance however, is the requirement for a quiet and peaceful environment.

Providing one can maintain an open and receptive mind, you may choose to lie down or sit while meditating. Of course your attention should be solely devoted to muscle relaxation and a clear mind. Any thoughts which threaten to distract you should simply be acknowledged briefly and then allowed to pass by. Admittedly this may require some practice at first but it does get easier with time, Expect only deep relaxation from yourself and nothing else. It may not be possible to be sure that the images you receive are from a previous life but quite often people can get enough information to carry out some research and verify names, events and places.

It is perhaps most extraordinary that many people find they have shared past lives with some of those who are close to them in this life. However, the circumstances or the type of relationship you shared may in fact have been very different to the one you're currently experiencing.

Perhaps you don't believe in reincarnation or the possibility of having had past lives but if you at least try it, the chances are you'll find regression to be very beneficial and in no uncertain terms, extremely interesting.

Write Down Your Experiences

It is generally accepted that by writing down the facts of your experiences, you stand the best chance of learning about your past lives. It is even advised that one should record the experiences which appear to be of little significance. Likewise, one should not neglect to record the way in which your emotions were affected by any experiences you've had as emotions are an ideal indicator which can lead to providing many clues. By documenting your experiences in a diary or journal, you'll have a written record which you can then go over as and when required.

Throughout your daily routine keep an eye out for clues. For instance make a list of what you like and what you don�t like. This may include things from your childhood, the foods you like best, your preferences for fashion and your favorite cultures, climate, historical periods and architecture. You should also consider including how you feel about the various skills and talents you have along with your phobias and fears, the traits of your personality, the way you look physically and anything else which plays a big part in your life such as your pets, what you do for a living and those strange d�j� vu experiences you have every now and again. These are an indication to an experience in a past life.

On many occasions, experiences from past lives can show themselves in a dream so for this reason,it's advisable to keep a note of your dreams, especially when you feel there is any indication that some aspects of a dream represent a past life. Keep in mind that dreams can often be a combination of of past and present experiences. Also, because the human mind can be very receptive to suggestion, one should suggest to yourself just as you're going to sleep that you wish to recall memories from past lives. It is then essential that you write down the details of any dream follow such suggestions.
